India New Issue-Tata Capital Housing Finance to reissue bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, May 15 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Housing Finance plans to raise at least 3 billion rupees ($36.68 million) through the reissue of two bonds, 7.9613% May 2026 and 7.75% May 2027, three merchant bankers said on Monday. The company has invited bids from investors and bankers for both the reissues on Wednesday, they said.


The May 2026 reissue has a base size of 2 billion rupees and a greenshoe option to retain an additional subscription of up to 3 billion rupees. Separately, the May 2027 reissue has a base size of 1 billion rupees and a greenshoe option of 4 billion rupees.


The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL and the issue will be settled later this week.


In March, the company raised 5 billion rupees via reissue of 8.15% October 2031 bonds at a yield of 8.06%. ($1 = 81.7800 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Bhakti Tambe)
