May 15 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:


PRISA The company said on Friday it had received requests for the conversion of notes with total nominal amount of 99.0 million euros, which implies the conversion of 76.14% of the issuance during the first conversion period. TELEFONICA According to the Spanish newspaper el Economista, Telefonica and America Movil will share the 5G frequencies in Uruguay to become the only two bidders of radio resources in the country.
