TERNA The board unanimously appointed Giuseppina Di Foggia as
Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the company, the
power grid operator said in a statement on Tuesday.
LEONARDO The defence group has appointed former energy and
environment minister Roberto Cingolani as chief executive
officer and general manager.
BPER BANCA The lender is on track to meet its 2022-2025 financial targets earlier than expected after first-quarter net profits more than doubled on higher interest rates, it said on Tuesday.
