USDJPY breaks as bitcoin pullback warnings build teaser image

My September 8 read is built around two different risk signals: BTC has early 4h pullback warnings around a newly lowered resistance gate, while USDJPY has already broken its decisive level. ALT breadth is improving, oil is stretched, and the broad posture remains buy the dip.

BTC faces a two-way gate at $80,443

Bitcoin daily Binance chart

I saw BTC close below its first support fan line, a short-term level that still counts, while TBO Resistance dropped from $81,788 to $80,443. A close above the new level would establish a very strong continuation trend; rejection points lower. On the 4h chart, two TBO Close Longs are the first bearish reversal warnings in weeks, but they remain early warnings rather than a confirmed reversal.

ETH remains constructive without an early 4h warning

I still see ETH looking good. Both ETH and BTC are expected to print bearish crosses on their respective daily On-balance Volume indicators this week, and the market has been overdue for a dip. Unlike BTC, ETH has no early pullback warning on the 4h chart.

ALT breadth improves with chart-specific caveats

OTHERS dominance daily chart

I saw OTHERS.D print a TBO Open Long, but it is very high, late and overbought. It still has no 4h bearish reversal warning. OTHERS market cap is different: it pushed higher and formed bearish RSI divergence, which can persist during an extended uptrend. TOTALE50 and TOTALE100 printed healthy 4h Breakouts. Dominance is market share, not spot price.

USDJPY breaks 155.025

I saw USDJPY finally break 155.025, which starts the bearish snowball as momentum builds. My next area is TBO Support and the two-low cluster around 152. The daily TBO Breakdown is forming very late after the dump, so I also identify that area as a likely bounce range rather than assuming uninterrupted downside.

Oil stays overbought as gold tests resistance

Light crude oil futures daily chart

I see oil futures with four confirmed overbought RSI days and still think a short makes sense, although I’m not giving an entry, stop or leverage here. Gold is at historical resistance and I expect an upside breakout. If Friday's U.S. inflation numbers are as bad as Warsh has hinted, I expect gold to rise, helping silver toward its 1.272 Fib extension, with platinum following.

FET participates in the buy-the-dip backdrop

Fetch AI daily Binance chart

I see FET above its daily TBO Cloud. I cited a first significant take-profit target as high as $1.11 at historical support, more than 500% above the current price. That remains a target scenario, not a supplied entry or complete trade plan. HYPE and XMR show weakness, WLFI confirmed an Open Short, and my broad conclusion still favors buying dips over shorting tops.
