LONDON, Feb 21 (Reuters) - British finance minister
Jeremy Hunt said on Tuesday that an unexpected budget surplus in
January should not be regarded as a windfall and did not change
the need for responsible public finances.
"It doesn’t change the fundamental outlook and the need for
responsibility in public finances," Hunt told reporters.
