FLUIDRA Spain's Fluidra said on Monday it expects sales and profitability to fall this year after rising interest rates and lower demand for swimming pools in the last quarter weighed on its business in 2022. AMREST The company said Unirest LLC, an affiliate of Yum! Brands, has appointed Smart Service as the purchaser of KFC Stores in Russia. ECOENER The company said on Friday that its unit and Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad del Este had signed two PPA contracts in the Dominican Republic. GRENERGY The company reported FY net profit of 10.3 million euros
($10.86 million) versus 16 million euros year ago. RENTA CORP The company reported on Friday full-year net profit of 3.6 million euros versus 6.9 million euros in 2021. IBERPAPEL Iberpapel posted on Friday full-year net profit of 15.8 million euros versus 9.3 million euros in 2021. NEXTIL The company reported on Friday its full-year net loss widened to 14.2 million euros from 3.7 million euros in 2021. CELLNEX Berenberg cut to "hold" from "buy" and cut its target price to 39 euros from 79 euros. AMADEUS Jefferies raised its target price to 67 euros from 61 euros.
