India New Issue-Oxyzo Financial Services to issue 2-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 16 (Reuters) - India's Oxyzo Financial Services plans to raise 200 million rupees ($2.42 million) through bonds maturing in two years, three bankers said on Thursday. The company will pay a coupon of 9.75% on this bond issue for which it has invited bids on Friday, they said.


The bonds also have a put option at the end of the first year.


The bonds are rated A+ by ICRA and the issue will be settled next week.
