Russia's Novak: Talks to involve China in Ust-Luga LNG plant ongoing

March 21 (Reuters) - Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday negotiations were ongoing to involve Chinese companies in the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant at Ust-Luga in northwest Russia, the RIA Novosti news agency reported. (Reporting by Reuters)
