ZURICH, March 23 (Reuters) - Swiss National Bank
Chairman Thomas Jordan said the next two weeks will be vital to
securing the UBS takeover of Credit Suisse. It was "extremely important" both parties do everything to
make the takeover successful, Jordan told a press conference on
Thursday, adding they had fully committed to this.
"At this moment the focus has to be that we can maintain
financial stability and that the closing of the deal is smooth
and fast," Jordan told reporters.
