MUMBAI, April 5 (Reuters) - India's Kolte-Patil
Developers plans to raise 2.06 billion rupees ($25.13
million) through zero-coupon bonds maturing in 10 years, two
merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors for
the issue on April 13, they said.
The bonds are rated A+ by CRISIL and the issue will be
settled on April 17.
