** Canada's Teck Resources reinforced its rejection of an unsolicited $22.5 billion bid from Glencore saying the implied value was "an illusion" and telling shareholders its restructuring plan was the only viable option.


** Tilray Brands Inc said it would buy Canadian cannabis company Hexo Corp for $56 million, which would cement the pot producer's top position in Canada in terms of market share.
** Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. announced Monday it will acquire Casper Sleep Inc.'s Canadian operations.

** The British Columbia Liberal Party (BC Liberals) of Canada will officially become known as BC United on Wednesday, a move the party says gives voters 18 months to become familiar with the new name before the 2024 fixed election date.
