Czech central bank board voted 4-3 to keep rates flat, minority for hike

PRAGUE, May 3 (Reuters) - The Czech central bank board voted 4-3 to keep interest rates flat on Wednesday with three votes in favour of a 25 basis-point hike, the bank said. The bank's staff forecast, updated on Wednesday, expects market interest rates to be stable, followed by a decline from later this year.
