India New Issue-Tata Capital Financial accepts bids for May 2025 bond reissue - bankers

MUMBAI, May 3 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Financial Services has accepted bids worth 2.4 billion rupees ($29.3 million) for the reissue of 6.70% May 2025 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday. The company will pay a yield of 7.88% on this reissue, for which it had invited bids from investors and bankers earlier in the day.


The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and the issue will be settled on Thursday. In April, the company raised 1.80 billion rupees via the reissue of 8.1165% May 2026 bonds at a yield of 7.95%.
