The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and the issue will be
settled on Thursday.
In April, the company raised 1.80 billion rupees via the
reissue of 8.1165% May 2026 bonds at a yield of 7.95%.

MUMBAI, May 3 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Financial
Services has accepted bids worth 2.4 billion rupees ($29.3
million) for the reissue of 6.70% May 2025 bonds, three merchant
bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will pay a yield of 7.88% on this reissue, for
which it had invited bids from investors and bankers earlier in
the day.
