SAO PAULO, May 4 (Reuters) - Brazilian steelmaker CSN may seek a partner for its energy business in a bid
to keep leverage within target, Chief Financial Officer Marcelo
Cunha Ribeiro said on Thursday in a call with analysts.
Ribeiro said CSN was not eyeing any large merger or
acquisition opportunity, but remains focused on reducing its net
debt/EBITDA ratio so it can meet the goal of bringing it below
2.0 by the end of the year.
