BRUSSELS, May 4 (Reuters) - The European Commission on
Thursday cleared the proposed acquisition of Polish recycling
company Alumetal by metals maker Norsk Hydro, without
conditions.
The EU Commission said the merger would not raise
competition concerns in the EU, particularly for green aluminium
foundry alloys.
