MUMBAI, May 10 (Reuters) - India's HDB Financial
Services has accepted bids worth 5.85 billion rupees ($71.53
million) on the reissue of 7.70% August 2025 bonds, two merchant
bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will pay a yield of 7.93% on this reissue, for
which it had invited bids from investors and bankers earlier in
the day.
The bonds are rated AAA by CARE and the issue will be
settled later this week.
