Argentina silver explorer Argenta Silver (TSXV:AGAG) aims to aggressively grow the resource base at its El Quevar project in Salta, buoyed by recent upsized C$13 million bought deal financing and exploration success, President & CEO Joaquin Marias told Kitco’s Investment Trends. Success with initial step-out drilling shows Argenta is on its way to increase the historical 50Moz resource, with Marias, a geologist, confident the under-explored district is capable of hosting much, much more. “I wake up every morning dreaming of 250Moz of silver and we are working as fast as we can towards that. In seven years, other companies exploring for silver in the same province have advanced from having a little bit of a resource to now being at PFS (prefeasibility study) stage,” he said.
