Bert Dohmen, President and Founder of Dohmen Capital, says risks are building beneath the surface of financial markets as liquidity tightens and leverage in private credit is exposed. Dohmen pointed to stress in private credit, where some funds are restricting redemptions, and said the structure of the market could lead “into the abyss” if conditions worsen. He added that gold and silver may see further downside before establishing a bottom and moving higher, while broader pressures from energy markets and policy responses continue to shape the outlook.
