LunR Royalties targets bigger deals as cash flow grows | Adam Lundin

LunR Royalties is looking to scale beyond its first major Fruta del Norte transaction, with CEO Adam Lundin saying the company is prepared to evaluate precious-metals deals ranging from $50 million to as much as $1.5 billion. Speaking with Kitco Mining at the 2026 Mining Forum Americas, Lundin said LunR wants to “punch above our weight” while remaining disciplined as it builds cash flow and financing capacity. The company is also widening its search beyond Lundin Group companies for future royalties and streams, including overlooked precious-metal byproducts at major producing mines. Lundin said continued growth at Fruta del Norte and the eventual development of Lunahuasi and Los Helados could potentially triple LunR’s current cash flow over time. He added that LunR would also consider partnering with larger royalty companies on major transactions where a syndicated approach makes sense.
