Fury Gold mines eyes production above 100,000 oz annually | Tim Clark

Fury Gold Mines is exploring the potential to increase annual gold production beyond 100,000 ounces at its Eau Claire project in Quebec, as the company advances toward a pre-feasibility study planned for 2027. Speaking with Kitco Mining's Paul Harris on October 29, 2026, CEO Tim Clark discusses how resource conversion, additional drilling and higher gold-price assumptions could expand on the 2025 preliminary economic assessment, which outlined average annual production of approximately 76,000 ounces over 11 years. Recent drilling returned 14.95 g/t gold over 4.25 metres true width, supporting efforts to upgrade inferred resources ahead of the next technical study. Clark also reports increasing interest from major gold producers, including more confidentiality agreements and requests for property visits, while noting that no acquisition offer has emerged. He outlines Fury's financing flexibility, its investment in Contango Silver and Gold, potential partnership or monetization opportunities at Committee Bay, and upcoming resource updates and metallurgical results intended to advance Eau Claire toward development.
