Bitcoin Technical Outlook

Bitcoin’s daily RSI recently pierced its support, suggesting an imminent close below and a lower low beneath the prior 40.26 pivot. On the four-hour chart, the TBO Close Long and TBT Bearish Divergence accurately signaled this downturn. As the week closes, weekly indicators—including the TBO, RSI reset and TBT divergence—remain firmly bearish. A decisive break below the current bear-flag support would likely trigger the final capitulation before a potential dead-cat bounce, possibly testing levels near $49,000.
Ethereum Market Position and Total Market Indicators

Ethereum’s daily RSI is approaching support and may drop further before a rebound. Earlier resistance on ETH/BTC warned of a pullback, and total market metrics confirm the trend: combined stablecoin dominance vaulted above the daily TBO Cloud, with RSI stalling at resistance, forecasting a higher low. Weekly RSI also pierced support and printed a bearish divergence, signaling we are closer to the final flush. Meanwhile, total market-cap RSI is bouncing off support but is likely to break below the prior higher low at 40.36. Traders should watch for a TBO Open Long to reset into an Open Short, followed by additional breakdowns.
Traditional Finance and Forex Overview

The US Dollar Index pulled back but remains above its daily TBO Cloud as RSI forms lower highs and lows—pointing to further downside. The euro rallied to the daily fast line, and USD/JPY retraced to its TBO fast line, both exhibiting early oversold bounces. Equity markets are growing bearish: the S&P 500 hovers near historical TBO support at 6,521.92 while awaiting a weekly TBO Close Long and RSI oversold signal. The Nasdaq 100 remains range-bound, with NVDA sideways and TSLA issuing a TBO Breakdown toward $330. Volatility (VIX) stays in its rejection zone. In Asia, the Nikkei’s TBO Close Longs raise concern, Shanghai Composite trades inside its daily TBO Cloud with an oversold RSI and bearish weekly OBV, and the Hang Seng persists in strong bearish mode.
Commodities Outlook: Oil and Metals

Brent crude reached $119.13, close to its March high of $119.50, hinting at a parabolic blow-off top on the weekly chart. Gold dipped to near $4,500, triggering an oversold RSI and an expected RSI reset, suggesting months of choppy trading akin to prior TBO Close Longs. Silver’s wick to $65 confirmed a TBO Open Short, platinum also fell, and copper plunged nearly 9.5% over three days, validating earlier bearish TBO signals. Uranium, by contrast, may be forming a bull flag reminiscent of late-2025 consolidation.
Altcoins and Market Sentiment

Crypto bulls continue to fall victim to “Wile E. Coyote” traps: fleeting rallies entice over-leverage before sharp reversals. This week’s false breakouts included XRP, SOL, ZEC and recently HYPE. Emerging tokens such as TAO and RENDER have strong narratives—TAO notably mentioned by Nvidia’s Jensen Huang—but given global liquidity tensions, it may be prudent to buy dips rather than chase tops. Similar patterns likely await KAS and other small-cap alts as market fragility persists.
