Bitcoin Technical Outlook

Bitcoin’s Tuesday daily close reclaimed previously lost resistance, closing inside its former breakout level. Despite this, price remains firmly bearish below the daily TBO Cloud and short-term overhead resistance. The daily RSI registered a lower high, aligning with the thesis of an impending final flush before any sustained recovery. This unexpected bounce appears driven by broader TradFi catalysts rather than a bullish shift in BTC’s internal structure.
Ethereum and Market Dominance Trends

Ethereum closed above its daily TBO Fast line and overhead resistance, re-entering the daily TBO Cloud in a bullish consolidation phase. However, the RSI fell just short of surpassing its previous lower high, suggesting Tuesday’s move may represent a pivot peak ahead of a lower low. In parallel, combined stablecoin dominance dipped to the daily TBO Fast line and formed a higher low on RSI—yet stablecoin share is poised to advance higher.

Total market cap (TOTALES) climbed to the same Fast line intersecting prior support-turned-resistance, likely marking a lower high with an expected retest near $1.9 trillion.
TradFi Market Correlations

The US Dollar Index plunged 0.63% on Tuesday, printing a TBT Bearish Divergence and stalling at broken resistance—an archetypal “bump-and-run” setup. USD/JPY mirrored this, retreating to its daily TBO Fast line with its own TBT Bearish Divergence, while its weekly chart approaches a rare TBT Bearish Divergence Cluster, signaling an impending reversal. Meanwhile, S&P futures posted a sharp bounce, with DJI and TSLA each printing TBT Bullish Divergences, and NDX up 3.4%. Despite these rallies, all major indices remain capped beneath their daily TBO Clouds, and the VIX itself registered a TBT Bearish Divergence, underscoring fragile upside momentum.
Commodities and Precious Metals

Brent crude remains bullish above its daily TBO Cloud but may retreat toward its Fast line if equity markets sustain the current relief rally. Gold rallied close to its daily TBO Fast line, and silver surpassed its 1.272 Fibonacci extension to tag its Fast line on the daily. These moves reflect a temporary risk-off reprieve, yet both metals are vulnerable to reversal should TradFi sentiment stabilize further.
Altcoin Highlights

XRP holds at daily TBO support but exhibits bearish TBO, RSI, and OBV readings. ZEC surged 10% after Google’s quantum computing paper underscored ZEC and ALGO’s quantum resistance, yet SOL and FET continue weakening under bearish pressure. DOT and TAO printed daily TBT Bearish Divergences amid stalling volume and RSI, while NIGHT registered a second TBT Bullish Divergence signaling a short-term reversal. TWT suffered a 30% drop post-TBO Breakdown Cluster, and RIVER closed its TBO Close Long—both suggesting further downside. Given the mixed signals, any breakout above short-term resistance may trigger only a transient altcoin rally before lower prices prevail.
