Bitcoin reclaims the cloud as macro volatility builds teaser image

My September 15, 2026 read balances BTC and ETH strength against DXY, VIX and cross-market warning signals, while separating confirmed states from conditional bounce setups.

BTC reclaims strong bullish mode below resistance

Bitcoin daily Binance chart

BTC popped up and out of the Cloud on Monday and returned to “strong bullish” mode, but it neither reached nor broke TBO Resistance at $80,443. The 0.786 Fibonacci retracement remains critical. Because BTC recently fell inside the Cloud, it is more likely to move back into it and switch to bearish consolidation.

ETH remains stronger than BTC

Ethereum daily Binance chart

ETH pumped Monday but did not close above TBO Resistance. It remains “strong bullish” as long as it stays above the Cloud. ETH/BTC outperformance is one reason I remain constructive on ALTs, though many, not all, ALTs are participating.

DXY keeps its bullish reversal signal

DXY daily TVC chart

DXY is moving higher ahead of the CLARITY Act vote and the Fed decision. Its recent TBT Bullish Divergence Cluster remains a strong bullish reversal signal. I view daily overbought RSI as a possible pivot that could send DXY lower, not as a confirmed reversal.

VIX prints a third TBO Close Short

VIX daily TVC chart

The VIX printed a third TBO Close Short on Monday. If it behaved like a crypto chart, I would expect a pump soon, so I see a high chance of increased S&P volatility. Multiple stock-index Close Longs reinforce the potential for a broad dip-buying opportunity without guaranteeing its timing.

Oil confirms a second consecutive breakout

Light crude oil futures daily NYMEX chart

Oil futures confirmed a second consecutive TBO Breakout Monday. RSI has been overbought for nine bars, or 14 days. The chart remains very strong bullish, but I treat these as massive exhaustion breakouts and still expect a large pullback eventually.

Uranium reaches a recurring oversold zone

Uranium daily FXCM composite chart

Uranium went oversold on daily RSI Monday. The previous four oversold readings provided strong conservative entries that led to bounces. I do not see this occurrence as different, but the current bounce is prospective rather than confirmed.
