Eminent Gold’s Hot Springs Range exploration project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada and comprises 419 federal lode claims on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land, totalling approximately 3,500 hectares.

- Gold prices are at historic highs while new discoveries have nearly vanished, amplifying the value of any new find.
- Eminent has three 100%-owned assets with near-term catalysts across some of Nevada’s most prolific gold belts.
- Backed by Kinross Gold’s 9.9% stake and led by proven discoverers, Eminent offers multiple chances at large-scale discoveries.
As gold prices surge to record highs, the lack of new discoveries has made the precious metal increasingly scarce, raising serious concerns about long-term supply while creating a powerful opportunity for explorers capable of delivering the next major find.
According to S&P Global Commodity Insights, since 2020, only six major new deposits have been identified worldwide, together adding just 27 million ounces of gold. None rank among the largest in history, and almost all the additions to global reserves in recent years came from deposits discovered decades ago. S&P warns that this widening gap between soaring demand and limited new supply is likely to keep prices elevated for years to come.
It’s against this backdrop that Eminent Gold Corp. (TSXV: EMNT | OTCQB: EMGDF | FSE: 7AB) is positioning itself. Focused entirely on Nevada, the world’s second-most attractive mining jurisdiction, the company controls three 100%-owned projects in prolific gold belts, each offering near-term discovery potential.

Hot Springs Range: Expanding district-scale potential
The Hot Springs Range Project (HSRP) is Eminent’s flagship and sits just 15 kilometres from Nevada Gold Mines’ Turquoise Ridge operation, part of the 50 Moz Getchell Trend. In its maiden drill program at the Otis target, Eminent intersected gold in every hole, with grades up to 8 g/t Au, a remarkable result in a state where many first-pass programs deliver nothing.
A September 2025 gravity survey has expanded the scale of the opportunity, identifying five new regional targets and confirming more than 10 kilometres of mineralized structures beneath shallow cover.
Chief Geologist Dan McCoy explained: “This gravity survey has uncovered regional-scale potential across HSRP that far exceeds our initial expectations. What began as three distinct targets is now part of a much larger, structurally connected system with multiple zones showing equal promise.”
Announced on October 1, Eminent resumed core drilling at its Hot Springs Range Project to build on its successful maiden drill campaign. This phase will build on geological vectoring from the initial holes and incorporate findings from a recent gravity survey, targeting the potential source of the gold identified, the company said.
The program has been approved by the joint Kinross–Eminent technical committee and aligns with Kinross Gold's strategic investment in Eminent, following its acquisition of a 9.9% equity stake earlier this year.
Celts: A Silicon analogue with near-term drilling

Location map of Eminent Gold’s portfolio of gold exploration projects in Nevada: Hot Springs Range, Celts, and Gilbert South.
Eminent Gold’s Celts Project in Nevada’s Walker Lane Trend is shaping up as one of its most compelling opportunities for a near-term discovery. Modelled after AngloGold Ashanti’s Silicon deposit—one of the state’s largest recent finds—Celts offers bulk-tonnage, open-pit potential backed by both historical work and new exploration data. Surface sampling has returned grades up to 33.2 g/t gold and 219 g/t silver, while a 1987 Chevron drill program cut 1.5 metres of 4.1 g/t gold. More recently, induced polarization surveys outlined structural features consistent with Silicon-style mineralization, adding confidence to the model.
Analyst Julian Cruz of RiskHedge called Eminent’s acquisition of Celts a “pivotal step in its strategy to consolidate a diversified Nevada portfolio,” noting its geological parallels to the Silicon-Merlin system and its location in a tectonically active zone that has already produced more than 100 million ounces of gold.
Eminent’s technical work has also confirmed mineralization extending beyond historical workings, underscoring the project’s scalability. Management has made its ambitions clear: “We don’t really look for anything small. We look for the biggest thing that we can find in the best analogies for plus-10-million-ounce systems, and that’s what we’re after,” said Ivan Bebek, a founding shareholder of the company. Drilling at Celts is scheduled to begin in Q4 2025.
“The most money that’s going to be made in this sector is going to be from new discoveries, not from re-rating old deposits. It’s the Hail Mary swing we’re taking here on multiple targets in each property, and we have three properties that offer that potential.” – Ivan Bebek, founding shareholder of Eminent Gold Corp. |
Gilbert South: Unlocking untested feeder zones
Eminent Gold’s Gilbert South Project lies within Nevada’s Walker Lane Trend, a prolific district that has produced millions of ounces of gold and silver from past high-grade operations such as Tonopah and Aurora. The project is defined by a 2.5-kilometre vein system, with numerous surface samples returning bonanza grades, including up to 30.7 g/t gold and visible gold documented in outcrop.
Despite this exceptional surface expression, Gilbert South has never been properly tested for the deeper feeder structures that drive large-scale epithermal systems. Eminent’s technical team believes these untested structures could host wide, high-grade zones at depth, unlocking the potential for a major discovery.
“At Gilbert South, we’re taking a fresh approach. Past work only scratched the surface by looking for lower-grade material, but no one has ever tested the deeper feeder veins that often drive major high-grade deposits. “That’s exactly what we’re targeting,” said McCoy, whose 30-year career includes leading the discoveries at Keegan’s Esaase deposit in Ghana and Cayden’s El Barqueño project in Mexico, later sold to Agnico Eagle.
Eminent plans to launch the first modern drill program at Gilbert South in 2026, aiming to follow the surface mineralization down into its potential feeder zones. The company sees Gilbert South as a rare high-grade opportunity that complements its flagship HSRP and Celts projects.
Scale, timing, and super-lotto upside
Eminent Gold’s Chief Geologist, Dan McCoy, is interviewed by CEO.CA, where he discusses the company’s ongoing drilling program, which builds on the company’s previously successful maiden drill campaign.
With three 100%-owned projects across Nevada’s most prolific gold belts, Eminent Gold offers investors a powerful combination of scale, timing, and jurisdiction, said Bebek, a well-known mining entrepreneur and investor, who has built a track record of financing and advancing successful exploration companies.
“It’s one of the unique pure gold opportunities in the world, where you could have multiple world-class potential discoveries across different assets in Nevada, which is the best jurisdiction for gold exploration in the world,” said Bebek.
“The most money that’s going to be made in this sector is going to be from new discoveries, not from re-rating old deposits. It’s the Hail Mary swing we’re taking here on multiple targets in each property, and we have three properties that offer that potential.”
Bebek added, “The timing of this gold market could not be better. Gold belongs in every portfolio, and with three multi-targeted assets, Eminent offers multiple shots at discovery and the kind of super-lotto upside investors are looking for.”
