LONDON, Jan 30 (Reuters) - The Bank of England sold 650
million pounds ($805 million) of long-dated gilts on Monday, in
its first auction of bonds with a maturity of more than 20 years
from its main quantitative easing stockpile.
The BoE said investors submitted bids worth 1.075 billion
pounds, giving a bid-to-cover ratio of 1.65.
($1 = 0.8077 pounds)
