MUMBAI, Jan 30 (Reuters) - India's Aditya Birla Finance
plans to raise at least 3 billion rupees ($36.8 million) through
the reissue of 7.88% February 2026 bonds, three merchant bankers
said on Monday.
The non-banking finance company has invited bids from
bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and the issue will close for
subscription on Thursday.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional
12.88 billion rupees.
In December, Aditya Birla Finance raised 4 billion rupees
through the primary issuance of this paper.
