MADRID, Jan 30 - Spanish retail sales rose 4.0% in
December from a year earlier on a seasonally and
calendar-adjusted basis, after falling 0.5% in November, the
National Statistics Institute (INE) said on Monday.
The November figure was revised from a previous 0.6%
contraction, INE said.
