PARIS, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Inflation in France stood at
7.0% in January, up from 6.7% in December, according to
preliminary figures released on Tuesday, as energy prices and
food prices increased.
France's Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire has consistently
said that he expects inflation in France to recede from the
middle of 2023 onwards.
