The company will pay an annual coupon of 8.30% to the
investors of this issue and has invited commitment bids from
bankers and investors on Thursday, they added.
The notes are rated AA by India Ratings and the issue will
close for subscription on Friday.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 1.2
billion rupees.

Finance plans to raise at least 300 million rupees
($3.67 million) through the sale of bonds maturing in four
years, three merchant bankers said on Tuesday.
