North Sea Crude-Diffs steady without cheaper offers or higher bids

LONDON, Jan 31 (Reuters) - North Sea Forties crude differentials were steady on Tuesday, with no cheaper offers or higher bids emerging. MARCH PROGRAMMES
* Supply of the five North Sea crude oil grades underpinning the dated Brent benchmark will average about 716,000 barrels per day (bpd) in March, compared with 707,000 bpd in February, loading programmes showed. PLATTS WINDOW
* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).
* Forties: Vitol offered CIF Rotterdam at dated Brent plus $1.20, loading Feb. 18-22. On an FOB basis, this equates to minus 34 cents, according to Reuters calculations.
* Forties: Vitol offered at dated Brent plus 20 cents,
