ZURICH/BERLIN, Jan 31 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip SMI was seen opening 0.2% lower at 11,355 points on Tuesday, according to premarket indications by bank Julius Baer . Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday: UBS UBS Group AG predicted an "uncertain" year ahead plagued by accelerating inflation and higher interest rates on Tuesday after the Swiss bank beat estimates in its latest quarter. * AMS OSRAM said its CEO Alexander Everke will step down after seven years and be replaced by Aldo Kamper.
*GURIT HOLDING AG reports 2022 net sales of 499.5 million Swiss francs ($540.06 million).
*LOGITECH said Charles Boynton would join company as chief financial officer.
*CARSGEN THERAPEUTICS said it has executed a collaboration agreement with F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG.
* GALENICA subsidiary Verfora will acquire 100% of Padma Ltd. at the end of January.
