MEXICO CITY, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Remittances to Mexico
from abroad hit a record high of $58.5 billion in 2022, up from
$51.6 billion a year earlier, according to data from the central
bank published on Wednesday.
President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has been a strong
advocate of remittances, and had forecast 2022 remittances would
reach $60 billion.
