Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Feb 1

Feb 1 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: BBVA Spain's BBVA on Wednesday said its fourth-quarter net profit rose 17.6% from the same period of 2021 boosted by strong overall lending income and a solid performance in Mexico, its main market. VIDRALA Vidrala said on Tuesday its subsidiary closed acquisition of "The Park" in Bristol. AUDAX Audax said on Wednesday it signed a market access agreement with Shell Europe in Spain. PRISA The company said on Tuesday the issuance of convertible notes was fully subscribed. IBERDROLA Iberdrola has asked a New York high court to suspend the construction of a $4 billion (3.68 billion euros) offshore wind farm as it considers it to be unviable after the rise in interest rates, Spanish online news website El Confidencial reported on Wednesday.
