        OSLO, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Sweden&apos;s central bank said on
Wednesday it will make a payment to the European Union of 3.35
billion Swedish crowns  ($321.55 million) in February as part of
its contributions to the EU&apos;s budget.
    &quot;These exchanges do not have any monetary policy purpose,&quot;
the Riksbank said in a statement.
