LONDON, Feb 2 (Reuters) - The Bank of England is seeing
the first signs that high rates of inflation are now coming
down, Governor Andrew Bailey said on Thursday.
"Since the November monetary policy report we've seen the
first signs that inflation has turned the corner," Bailey said
in a speech after the BoE raised interest rates to 4% on
Thursday from 3.5%.
