Feb 2 (Reuters) - Freeport LNG sought approval from
federal regulators to start loading liquefied natural gas (LNG)
on ships at its idled LNG export plant in Texas, according to a
filing on Thursday.
The company's export facility in Texas was knocked offline
in a blast on June 8, 2022 and barred from continuing production
until federal regulators completed an extensive safety review
and approved resulting changes.
