MOSCOW, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Urals crude differentials to
dated Brent were little changed on Thursday, while traders
expect loadings of the grade from Russia's Western ports to stay
high in February.
* EU countries will seek a deal on Friday on a European
Commission
proposal to set price caps on Russian oil products after
postponing a decision on Wednesday amid divisions between member
states, diplomats said.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC
Blend in
the Platts window on Thursday, traders said.
NEWS
* Kazakhstan, the world's largest landlocked country,
increased
oil exports that bypassed Russia last year, but was still
heavily reliant on supply channels via its neighbour, Reuters
calculations based on industry data and sources show.
