Russia's VTB plans to place 120 billion roubles of open shares on market in Q2 2023 -Interfax cites CEO

MOSCOW, Feb 7 (Reuters) - The chief executive of Russia's VTB Bank said it plans to place shares on the open market in the second quarter of 2023, with a preliminary application for 120 billion roubles ($1.69 billion), Interfax reported.
