Feb 7 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

SIEMENS GAMESA The Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Energy, which
controls Siemens Gamesa, said on Tuesday he expected the
Spain-headquartered company will be delisted on Feb. 10. BANKINTER The company said on Monday it will issue perpetual
securities convertible into newly issued ordinary shares for 300
million euros. SANTANDER HSBC raised its target price to 4.5 euros from 3.7
euros. BBVA HSBC raised its target price to 7.8 euros from 5.5 euros. CAIXABANK Credit Suisse raised its target price to 4.3 euros from 4.1
euros. HSBC raised its target price to 4.4 euros from 3.6 euros. SABADELL HSBC raised its target price to 1.44 euros from 1.08
