KAMPALA, Feb 7 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling was stable on Tuesday, traders said a day after the central bank held its key lending rate, saying it expected inflation to slow to its target by the end of the year.

At 0935 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,670/3,680 per dollar, unchanged from its close on Monday.
