FRANKFURT, Feb 8 (Reuters) - The European Central Bank can gradually stop reinvesting proceeds from bonds that mature under its Asset Purchase Programme without much market impact, ECB policymaker Klaas Knot said on Wednesday. The ECB is due start reducing such reinvestment by 15 billion euros per month starting in March. "I expect very little further impact if we increase the 15 (billion euros) to 20, to 26...which would be the full stop of reinvestment under the APP," Knot said at an event organised by MNI.
