MUMBAI, Feb 8 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance
has accepted bids worth 7.50 billion Indian rupees ($90.91
million) for bonds maturing in 10 years, three merchant bankers
said on Wednesday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 8.04% and invited
bids from bankers and investors for it earlier in the day,
according to the bankers.
The notes are rated "AAA" by CRISIL and the issue will close
for subscription on Thursday.
The company raised 2.50 billion rupees in December, selling
bonds maturing in four years and more than five months at an
annual coupon of 7.87%.
