MUMBAI, Feb 8 (Reuters) - India's Shriram Housing
Finance has accepted bids worth 2.40 billion Indian rupees
($29.09 million) for bonds maturing in 10 years, three merchant
bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 9.09% and had
invited bids from bankers and investors earlier in the day, the
merchant bankers said.
The bonds are rated "AA+" by CRISIL and the issue will close
for subscription on Thursday.
In December, the company raised 500 million rupees through
bonds maturing in three years at a coupon of 8.95%.
