KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Malaysia's January palm
oil end-stocks rose 3.26% from the previous month to 2.27
million tonnes, industry regulator the Malaysian Palm Oil Board
(MPOB) data showed on Friday.
Crude palm oil production slumped 14.73% from December to
1.38 million tonnes, while palm oil exports fell 22.96% to 1.14
million tonnes, MPOB said.
A Reuters survey forecast inventories slipping to a
five-month low of 2.18 million tonnes. Production was seen
plunging to 1.39 million tonnes while exports was forecast at
1.15 million tonnes.
