Med crude-Oil exports from Russia's Black Sea ports suspended on storm, Azeri BTC loadings remain halted

MOSCOW, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Crude oil exports and transit from Russia's Black Sea ports were suspended due to storm, while Azeri oil loadings from Turkey’s Ceyhan port remain halted, Reuters sources said.
* Azeri BTC crude oil exports from Ceyhan remain shut, while crude oil continued to flow there via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, BP Azerbaijan said on Thursday.
* Estimates over when exports could resume varied widely, a shipping agent familiar with the situation said on Thursday, adding that the timeframe for a restart ranged from another two days up to 10 days.
* A 'small' oil leak had been detected at Turkey's Ceyhan terminal after a major earthquake struck Turkey and Syria early on Monday and it had been subsequently stopped.
* Urals and Siberian Light crude oil loadings from Novorossiisk have been suspended since Feb. 6, and exports from a terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) since Feb. 7 due to a storm, traders said. PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Thursday, traders said. NEWS
* Kazakhstan reduced oil and gas condensate output to 7.96 million tonnes (1.87 million barrels per day) in January from 8.03 million tonnes (1.89 million bpd) in December.
