main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
ROCHE Bill Anderson, most recently the head of Roche's
pharmaceuticals division, will succeed Werner Baumann as chief
executive at Germany's Bayer on June 1, the company
said on Thursday. SIKA The European Commission has given conditional approval for
the proposed acquisition of Germany-based MBCC by Swiss
chemicals company Sika, the EU executive body said on
Wednesday. CREDIT SUISSE Apollo Global Management Inc said on Wednesday it is
creating a new credit unit that now oversees majority of assets
it purchased from Credit Suisse Group as a part of the sale of
Securitized Products Group (SPG). DAETWYLER Reported full-year net revenue at 1.15 billion Swiss francs.
