TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Japan's upper house of
parliament is set to conduct confirmation hearings on government
nominees for the new central bank governor and his two deputies
on Feb. 27, sources told Reuters on Monday.
The government is expected to formally nominate academic
Kazuo Ueda as new Bank of Japan governor, along with the two
deputies at both houses of parliament on Tuesday.
