The notes are rated AAA by CRISIL and CARE Ratings and the
issue will close for subscription on Thursday.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 2
billion rupees.
In January, the company had raised 2.50 billion through a
primary issuance of this note.

MUMBAI, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Fullerton India Credit Co
plans to raise at least 2 billion rupees ($24.21 million) via a
reissue of 8.10% March 2024 bonds, three merchant bankers said
on Tuesday.
The non-banking finance company has invited bids for the
issue on Wednesday, they said.
