MUMBAI, Feb 13 (Reuters) - India's Fusion Micro Finance
plans to raise 450 million rupees ($5.4 million) through the
sale of bonds maturing in two years, two merchant bankers said
on Monday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on
Wednesday, they said.
The notes of the company are rated A by ICRA and the issue
closed for subscription on Thursday.
