MOSCOW, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials
to dated Brent were unchanged on Monday, while Azeri BTC oil
loadings from Turkey's Ceyhan port resumed after a week-long
suspension due to the earthquakes.
The Nordlotus sailed from Turkey's Ceyhan oil export hub
loaded with Azeri crude on Monday, the first such shipment since
earthquakes hit the region on Feb. 6, according to ship-tracking
data and a trading source.
Russia's State Duma introduced a bill late on Saturday
setting discounts for Russian oil exports, according to the
lower house of parliament's website.
Under the draft proposal, the discount on dated Brent oil
will be limited to $34 per barrel in April, declining to $31 in
May, $28 in June and $25 in July.
